wonderful stay in a perfect location
friendly staff included breakfast
i found the staff so helpful and friendly. they helped arrange taxis and find unique restaurants. the included breakfast featured wonderful coffee, fruits, and sweets in a cozy, light-filled rooftop room. also it was conveniently located next to a grocery store!
the carpet felt wet from the air-conditioning. we didn't realize it until we stood on it barefoot. the room was very smelly after we wandered around and returned to the hotel.

the breakfast coffee was really good. i savored the best croissants i have ever tasted, surpassing even those i ate in france. the cappuccinos were delicious too, i really enjoyed them

the location was amazing! it was only a 5-7 minute walk to the rialto vaporetto stop. it was a 7-minute walk from piazza san marco. i really enjoyed the short walk, everything was so close!

convenient access easy exploration nice breakfast friendly staff
The hotel's location is superb. It offered convenient access to key attractions. i appreciated the proximity to a gondola and water taxis, it made exploring easy. the breakfast provided was quite nice, i felt well-prepared for the day's activities. the staff were friendly. They enhanced my overall experience a lot.
The room's decor seemed somewhat dated. A minor update might elevate the experience further, but this did not detract significantly from my stay.

good choice handy spar
The breakfast had a good choice of things as well. The location was GREAT, next to a SPAR which was handy too.
The carpet was wet from the air-conditioning. I didn't realize till i stood barefoot on it.

adequate location, but some issues
faulty remote slow sink
The television remote did not work. It had no batteries. staff did not replace them despite my request. the sink drained slowly, a nuisance. i also found the breakfast choices quite limited and uninspired. more variety would greatly improve the experience.
